<p>Nothing peeves me more then someone interrupting me while I&#8217;m jamming on my iPod and in the middle of a set. There are so many people that show up at the gym and can only do a bench press on this bench.</p>
<p>Seriously, when I get to the gym, I like to stay focused to maximize my time. Depending on the gym, there may be lots of distractions. Lots of shiny objects and plenty of squirrels to chase. I live in Los Angeles and have 2 gym memberships. Both are popular gyms, however, one has a much more distracting and entertaining floor show. Focus becomes a necessity. </p>
<p>Having a plan allows to keep you focused on the task at hand. I&#8217;ve developed a series of different workouts over the years and have them typed and formatted to print on 4&#215;6 index cards.  </p>
<p>Planning and focus are essential to maintaining a good workout program. So have a plan and stick to your plan. You&#8217;ll have a much better workout and you&#8217;ll see much better results. </p>

Not really sure what this diet is but I&#8217;d guess it is a combination of gluten free, Mediterranean diet. No flour and olive oil.
